To upgrade your System Software to 2.11, perform the following steps in order:

1) Ensure that your unit is registered with SANDEL.

2) Download the latest system software kit from this site onto your PC

3) Run the downloaded file. This will extract into an Uploader Program, a README file, and a data file (.HEX) which the Uploader will send to your SN3308.

4) Connect your computer to the dataload jack in the aircraft, run the Uploader Program, and load the new system software into the SN3308.

To purchase software 2.30 which enables ARINC 429 interfacing with GPS WAAS receivers, please contact Sandel Sales (760)-727-4900 or by email. Please include the serial number of the SN3308.

To upgrade your Database, perform the following steps in order:

1) Ensure that your unit is registered with us.

2) Download either an ALL-AMERCIAS, ASIA-PACIFIC-AFRICA, EUROPE or EASTERN EUROPE database from this site. Run the downloaded file, and it will expand into an Uploader Program, a README file, and a binary database file (.BIN) which the Uploader will send to your SN3308.

3) Obtain the 11-digit key for that database from this site.

NOTE: You were given a credit good for one key of either type when you registered your unit. Keys for future updates may be purchased for $80 via an online credit-card transaction from this site.

4) Connect your computer to the dataload jack in the aircraft, run the Uploader Program, and load the new database into the SN3308. Refer to the README file contained in the download for complete instructions.
