ST3400
TAWS Databases
The ST3400 TAWS database consists of two files, an airport file and a
terrain/obstacle file, both of which are updated through the USB interface.
New database versions will be available approximately 2-3 times per year as
updated information is received. Please contact Sandel for pricing and
ordering information for updates.

Current Version: 1201 Cycle - January 12, 2012
The airport database file contains public airport with a runway length
of 2,500 feet or greater. Coverage of the airport database is worldwide.

Terrain/Obstacle Database
Current Version: January 3, 2012
The terrain/obstacle database contains merged terrain and
man-made obstacle data in 15 arc-second "cells". Obstacles are not shown
discretely, but are included in the terrain cell height. Coverage of the
terrain/obstacle database is divided into different regions as shown below.
