Sandel Hires William Elliott, Chuck Freeland As Regional Sales Managers

Vista, CA (April 27, 2005) -- Sandel Avionics is pleased to announce it has hired two new regional sales managers, William Elliott and Chuck Freeland, to fill newly created positions for the Eastern and Western Regions, respectively. With the unprecedented market acceptance of the ST3400 TAWS/RMI, a self-contained, panel-mounted unit that provides terrain, traffic and navigation information, and the new SN3500 EHSI, a 3-ATI navigation and safety system with a patented high-visibility display, Sandel is continuing to enhance its dealer sales capabilities.

An experienced avionics sales representative whose background includes work with Bendix/King, Meggitt and Lowrance, Will Elliott will operate from Sandel's new regional sales and support center in Charlotte, NC. An ATP-rated aviator with 17 years of flying experience, Elliott will represent Sandel in states east of the Mississippi River, from Michigan to Florida. Chuck Freeland, also holds an ATP rating, with nearly 10,000 hours of flying experience. He was formerly with Honeywell/AlliedSignal, and started his 20-year avionics career in StormScope sales with 3M Corporation.
